Ndiho Trust Community Housing has been established to offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for those eligible NDIS participants requiring specialising housing solutions due to their more active level of day to day care.
Funding for SDA can be incorporated within your NDIS plan, with the incentive of providing a safe, well designed and accessible household that caters to specialist needs.
Ndiho’s dwellings will meet the stringent SDA design criteria to optimise living standards for our special needs tenants. Our team of specialists will ensure your SDA application proceeds smoothly, and we’ll go above and beyond to make sure your accommodation fits within the scope of your disability related needs, while also ensuring it provides you with the ability to maintain as much of your independence as possible.
